Registration

Please register your information on the following screens. When you click on "Confirm and proceed with payment", you may pay online or mail a check. If you pay online and later decide to cancel out of the event, you will be reimbursed less the Wild Apricot processing fee.


 Exhibit at Brookside Gardens

Registration fee: $5.00

Open to Signature Members only.  Please read the exhibit rules and regulations that apply to all of our Member's Exhibits.

Deadline for entries: August 2,  2014

Drop Off Date: Saturday, August 9 at 9:30 am

The parking lot adjacent to the Visitor's Center will be closed.  All artists delivering their works on Saturday, August 9th,  will need to meet at the Conservatory Parking lot and a shuttle will be provided to take them up to the Visitor's center.

Pick up Date: Monday, September 22 at 9:00 am

Gallery commission: 25%.  All work must be for sale.

One Painting per artist

 Artist may bring one matted and wrapped piece for a bin between the sizes of 11" X 14"-16" X 20".

If you prefer to pay by check, write the check to BWS and mail it to Shirley Apple Jenkins, 3 Victoria Falls Dr, Sparks, MD 21152.
