Come and enjoy the outdoors in this one day paintout with other watercolor painters. Bring your lunch and be prepared for a good time socializing with other artists.

This plein air paintout will consist of an orientation to plein air and landscape painting, a demonstration, individual instruction and a critique at the end of the day. 

Joyce Bell is a well known teacher of watercolor and noted artist in the BWS area. She graduated from Towson University with a degree in Art Education and taught in Baltimore County for 30 years.  For the past six years she has been teaching watercolor to adults at the Columbia Art Center.

A recommended supply list includes a stand up easel, water bottle, chair, hat, sketch pad, paints and watercolor paper.

Directions to Clark's Elioak Farm at corner of 108 W and Centennial Lane.

From 695 (Baltimore Beltway) take exit for 70 W; take the exit for 29S which is on the left, follow 29S to 108 W, follow 108W to the 3rd light and turn right onto Centennial Lane.  The 1st driveway on left is the entrance to Clark's Elioak Farm. Look for big red barn & first driveway on the left workshop at entrance.

Cost of the one day plein air paintout with instruction is $35 for members and $40 for non members.

75% refund if notified no later than May 2nd. Refunds for later cancellations are subject to availability of a substitute participant.
